The founder and creator of TIM, Ngage, and the Adulting 101 Conference, Damani knows how to bring people, processes & technology together. The former Head Boy of Wolmer’s, has a track record for getting the best out of young talent, transforming mindsets and delivering value for clients. With over a decade of experience as an IT manager, public speaker and leader, Damani is known as a creative powerhouse that leverages his ability to simplify complex problems and apply practical solutions.
Damani is passionate about transforming lives and has created a suite of programs and services that help people to excel at work and life, overcome limitations and expand their sphere of self-belief.

Dr. George Scarlett, is a trained allopathic physician in the field of family medicine and functional Medicine. He operates a Metabolic Clinic at Boulevard Medical Complex. Dr. Scarlett focuses on metabolic ailments including Hypertension Diabetes Obesity and Dyslipidemia using a functional approach of diet and nutraceuticals. Over the past 15 years the KC/UWI alumni has built a strong reputation for transforming lives through the field of medicine, while serving as a Surgical Resident at Princess Margaret Hospital in Bahamas, an Emergency Room physician at Andrew’s Memorial Hospital and Medical Associates Hospital. Through his role as Medical Director at Boulevard Medical Complex, Dr. Scarlett has helped countless professionals transform their careers by transforming their health, through the application of modern metabolic principles.
